Greg brings 8 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to Solaris. Since joining, he has advised clients in the life sciences, logistics and technology industries on a variety of engagements, including interim management, assistance over a joint-venture, and software and ERP implementations. Greg’s strengths in coaching and management also resulted in the successful onboarding of new client team members, offboarding his newly created processes to them, and assisted on an ongoing basis as they transitioned into their roles.

Prior to joining Solaris, Greg was a Manager in the Assurance practice at PwC LLP where he had clients in a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, logistics, commodities, and emerging markets. While at PwC, Greg managed various client transactions and oversaw client accounting standard transitions (IFRS and US GAAP), accounting software transitions, and worked with Partners and Directors on the appropriateness of clients’ M&A activity and resultant purchase price allocations within a SOX environment.

Greg is a Chartered Professional Accountant from Ontario, Canada, and holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.
