  • As one of the co-founders of Solaris, Chris is dedicated to providing exceptional consulting solutions. With ten years of experience in the finance and accounting space in New England, Chris has propelled Roessel Joy to success in the recruiting industry. His responsibilities include working with the Solaris team to provide thought out resource solutions, and will be one of your key contacts throughout your engagement with Solaris.

  • Jonas, co-founder of Solaris, is dedicated to finding the right fit for your needs. Jonas’s knowledge of the industry through his ten years of staffing industry experience and passion for connecting talented people with opportunities has been instrumental in Roessel Joy’s and Solaris’s success. Through overseeing our talent pipeline and business development, Jonas is dedicated to helping you reach your goals and needs.

Greg Staeger

  • Greg is an original member of Solaris, and responsible for the day-to-day activities of the firm and providing consulting solutions to our clients. With over 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience, he has advised clients in life sciences, technology, professional services, and logistics on a variety of engagements, including interim management, business combinations, and software and ERP implementations. 

    Prior to joining Solaris, Greg was a Manager in the Assurance practice at PwC LLP where he had clients in a wide variety of industries, including agriculture, logistics, commodities, and emerging markets.
